Description

Modular-Lab PharmTracer

Your solution for efficient routine production and research of radiopharmaceuticals Modular-Lab PharmTracer is your solution for efficient routine production of radiopharmaceuticals and research. It uses disposable cassettes containing all the necessary components for a particular synthesis. By customizing the synthesis cassettes and adapting the projects in the software new tracers and processes can easily be developed.

Modular-Lab Standard

The ideal solution for research and development Modular-Lab Standard is the ideal solution for your lab focusing on research and development of new radiopharmaceuticals. This versatile and flexible radiosynthesis device enables custom synthesis processes to be assembled from a set of unit operation modules adhering to GAMP 5 and Part 11 requirements. The small, sealed, stainless steel modules are stacked and connected by process tubing and by a single electrical cable.

Modular-Lab easy

The ideal solution for efficient routine production of radiometals To facilitate the daily work with theranostic tracers, Eckert & Ziegler developed Modular-Lab eazy – the innovative and smallest radiosynthesis system on the market. The synthesizer comes with a completely new cassette design, which makes the handling of Modular-Lab eazy as easy as never before. By just clicking in the synthesis cassette all pressure connections are done automatically. After connecting the generator and filling the chemicals, the complete synthesis works without user interaction.

Modular-Lab PharmTracer Tower

Cost- and space-efficient solution for the production of Theranostic tracers The Modular-Lab PharmTracer Tower is a further development stage of Modular-Lab PharmTracer, combining a minimum footprint and maximum cost-efficiency of device and consumables with the modular expandability and flexibility of Modular-Lab. The basic assembly was especially designed to offer optimal features for laboratories working with Theranostic tracers.

Kit-lab

The smartest solution for kit labeling The growing availability of ready to use shake‘n‘bake kits on the market increases the potential of manual handling errors and the risk of high radiation exposure to the operator. With the KitLab, Eckert & Ziegler offers an automated solution to improve the reproducibility of results and to prevent users of unnecessary exposure. KitLab combines fast user setup, easy handling and elimination of operating errors; therefore allowing more time to stay focussed on other work. The use of defined tools for each kit and the reproducible process make KitLab very reliable. The system can also be used for radiosynthesis of 68Ga-HBED-PSMA.

TLC-scan

GMP compliant TLC-Scanner for the detection of a variety of radioisotopes This GMP compliant Thin Layer Chromatography scanner can be used for the detection of a variety of radioisotopes. Equipped with a moving stage and a PMT-based detector, the TLC-Scan can also be used for data collection and report generation requirements. Your TLC-Scan can be monitored via PC or Android-based devices and even though the system is compatible with existing chromatography systems, a stand-alone usage is also possible. Variable scan speeds, easy set-up and maintenance as well as the wide range of available detectors are just some of the advantages of this system and guarantee the measurement of most established radioisotopes. Up to two PMT- or diode-based detectors can be used at once. A calibration plate is available upon request.

HPLC-scan

Flexible controlling unit for remote detection of a wide range of radioisotopes with TLC and HPLC High-performance liquid chromatography is a cost efficient and adequate way to control the quality of your synthesis results. Therefore, Eckert & Ziegler developed HPLC-Scan, an easy-to-use system for radioisotope detection of a wide range of radionuclides with HPLC. It can be used in combination with the Modular-Lab HPLC, the KNAUER Azura Analytical HPLC or other HPLC systems. The availability of various detectors makes the detection of several nuclides possible. GMP compliant, consumer friendly and flexible – these are the key-features of HPLC-Scan. The system can be operated through an application on a hand-held or PC-based application, monitoring up to two detectors simultaneously. Several detectors are available on demand.

Mini-scan

TLC Imaging Scanner The Mini-Scan is a versatile TLC scanner for the detection of radioisotopes on narrow strips and plates. The system is ideal for routine quality control of [18F]FDG, 99mTc and 123I radiopharmaceuticals. Interchangeable detectors allow the measurement of a large variety isotopes.

Modular-Lab HPLC

The perfect add-on to your synthesis system The Modular-Lab Analytical HPLC Module is the easy and low-cost possibility for high performance liquid chromatography analyses of radiolabeled compounds. By focusing on radiolabeled compounds the setup is smaller and less expensive than a commercial full scale analytical HPLC. Various analysis processes for the most used radiolabeled compounds are programmed and tested by Eckert & Ziegler Eurotope GmbH. The multifunctionality of the system allows routine analysis for PET tracers based on the nuclides 18F, 11C, 68Ga and also for beta emitting nuclides as 90Y or 177Lu.

Modular-Lab dispensing unit

Vial dispensing with a closed fluid path Based on the Modular-Lab PharmTracer technology for cassette-based production of a variety of tracers without cross-contamination, this specific setup can be used for vial dispensing of up to six vials. An additional vial is used for quality control. In addition the production of [18F]NaF, [11C]Choline and [11C]Methionine from [11C]Methyl Iodide is possible.
