NOTA-NOC

P022
Grade:
GMP product
Tested for sterility and bacterial endotoxins
Description:
⁶⁸Ga-NOTA-NOC and ¹⁸F-AlF-NOTA-NOC are used in PET-CT imaging for the evaluation of neuroendocrine tumors (NET).
Radio-labeled NOTA-NOC binds to somatostatin receptors located on the surface of NET cells.
¹⁸F-AlF-NOTA-NOC outperforms ⁶⁸Ga-DOTA-TATE/NOC PET in NET imaging and may represent a valid alternative to the current gold standard of ⁶⁸Ga-labeled SSAs for somatostatin receptor imaging, offering logistic advantages.
