NOTA-TATE

P021
Grade:
GMP product
Tested for sterility and bacterial endotoxins
Description:
⁶⁸Ga-NOTA-TATE is the most studied somatostatin receptor (SSTR)-targeted PET imaging agent in neuroblastoma.
It demonstrates higher in vitro stability (≥99%) than ⁶⁸Ga-DOTA-TATE (≥95%).
Initial clinical studies revealed that ⁶⁸Ga-NOTA-TATE may show reduced background uptake in major organs such as the liver.
¹⁸F-NOTA-TATE PET/CT visualizes SSTR2 expression in neuroblastoma more effectively than ¹⁸F-FDG PET/CT.
¹⁷⁷Lu-NOTA-TATE has shown favorable physical, chemical, and biological properties, and is excreted more rapidly by the kidneys compared to ¹⁷⁷Lu-DOTA-TATE.
