For peptide manual labelling with Ga-68

Radionuclide precursor: Ga-68 in form GaCl3 in 0.1 M HCl solution (eluate from Ge-68/Ga-68 generator)
Activity per a synthesis: the kit is designed up to 1.5 GBq of Ga-68 (from radionuclide generator with 1.85 GBq of Ge-68)
Chemical precursors: DOTA-conjugates of the octreotides and PSMA-ligands
Volume of the final product: about 4 ml, can be increased by diluting with WFI

General description:
This kit contains chemicals and accessories suitable for manual labelling of chemical (peptide) precursors of radiopharmaceuticals with Gallium-68 using Ge-68/Ga-68 generator with 0.1 M HCl elution. Radionuclide and chemical precursors are not included in the kit — they must be ordered separately.
This technology involves post-purification with a SPE cation-exchange cartridge and sterilizing filtration. Synthesis instruction (with recommendations for quality control) is included with each kit.
